Welcome to my digital gallery! I've been into art since I was a kid. It started out as sketching on scrap papers with doodles has turned into me exploring across traditional painting and drawings.
I love exploring themes of identity, culture, memories, and sense of belonging (refer to my AP drawing portfolio). My artwork often includes colorful elements and exploration to different art medium. I'm currently a chalk artist now which I create chalkboard for my college dining hall menus!

What is "home" when itβs no longer tied to one place? My investigation explores the concept of βhome,β asking if it is a physical environment or more, and what makes a place "home" to me. My work reflects on memory, identity, cultural blending, and the search for belonging through symbolic objects, layering, and surreal imagery.
Hazy Warmth of Home (Piece #1)
This piece serves as an exploration of initial childhood structures. The warmth filtering from the windows represents the nostalgic longing for stability, while the blending colors hint at memory distortion over time.
Piece #2
Through layered details and contrasting shadows, this artwork represents the duality of maintaining connection to old roots while adjusting to unfamiliar spaces.
Piece #3
Using surreal imagery, this composition brings ordinary household items into an expansive landscape, analyzing how our safe spaces move with us internally.
Piece #4
This piece emphasizes the complex layerings of multi-cultural environments, mixing classical line work with fluid color palettes.
Piece #5
A deep-dive investigation into family heirlooms and how inherited items anchor an evolving identity when environments shift completely.
Piece #6
Focusing closely on light interaction, this drawing isolates fleeting daily moments that establish comfort and personal routines.
Piece #7
This piece deals with the feeling of floating between two cultures, using fragmented backgrounds to symbolize divided spaces.
Piece #8
An exploration of urban textures and architecture from past memories juxtaposed with natural landscapes.
Piece #9
A complex study of transparency and reflection, pointing to the invisible structures that form a sense of community.
Piece #10
This composition captures the tactile sensation of journaling, sketching, and documenting thoughts to build a secure mental space.
Piece #11
Heavy usage of organic line work highlights the natural growth patterns of adjusting to a brand new environment.
Piece #12
Vibrant colors contrast starkly against dark backgrounds to signify moments of realization and finding clarity in transition.
Piece #13
A compiled mini-zine structure within the portfolio, displaying smaller sketches linked together to represent a travelogue of identity.
Piece #14
A meditative look into domestic corners, detailing how daily light cycles shift our spatial relationship with rooms.
Piece #15
The final piece ties all symbolic objects together, offering a unified, abstract answer to what truly constitutes "home."
